Privacy Notice

Effective: October 29, 2026. Contact for privacy administration: human@igivegreatweb.com.

This notice explains privacy practices for the igivegreatweb gateway and its connected design studios. It is an initial disclosure; service-specific notices and details about actual processors, transfers, retention periods and legal-entity registration must be finalized before claiming worldwide compliance.

Information we process

Depending on which features you use, information can include your name, email address, authentication/session information, submitted ideas, project requirements, designs and uploaded assets, consent preferences, messages to support, and technical/security logs. Payment information may be processed by a payment provider when checkout is enabled; do not submit payment details through ordinary project fields.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use account data to provide sign-in and account security; project content to deliver the studio features you request; support correspondence to respond to your requests; and limited logs to secure and troubleshoot the services. Depending on the law and purpose, grounds may include performing a requested service, legal obligations, legitimate interests in service security, or consent where required. Optional analytics require an affirmative opt-in and remain off unless enabled following your choice. A consent preference alone does not turn on tracking.

Recipients and international processing

Running a multi-studio cloud service involves infrastructure, database, authentication, and potentially AI or payment providers. Data may be processed outside your country. The exact processor list, processing locations, transfer safeguards, and subprocessors must be confirmed for each production service before this disclosure can be treated as complete. We do not represent those details as verified here.

Retention and security

Personal data is retained only as needed for the stated purposes and applicable legal or security requirements. Exact retention schedules, backup deletion windows and account-deletion procedures are being documented. Technical controls include restricted account/session access, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, and information about relevant automated decisions. You may also have rights to opt out of targeted advertising, certain profiling, or a sale/share of data, and to appeal a refused privacy request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Email human@igivegreatweb.com and describe your request. We may need to verify account ownership before disclosing or deleting personal data. Applicable statutory response periods and available regulator complaint rights vary by jurisdiction. If we cannot complete a request, we will explain the reason and available next steps.

Automated tools

Some studios use AI-assisted generation or review. Generated suggestions and software drafts are not inherently verified or guaranteed accurate. Any consequential automated decision-making, model providers and applicable opt-out or human-review rights require a specific product assessment before release.

Children

The general-purpose studios are not designed specifically for children. Do not provide children's personal data without an appropriate legal basis and required authorization. Jurisdiction-specific age and parental-consent requirements must be established before services are offered to minors.

Cookies and preferences

Necessary session and security cookies support account functionality; optional analytics choices are separate. Read our Cookie Notice for details and contact us to withdraw a preference or ask about consent records.

Updates and complaints

Material privacy changes should be communicated before processing changes where required. You can contact us first or complain to your relevant privacy regulator; applicable supervisory authority and representative details must be added once operational jurisdictions are confirmed.
